Our Yoga for Insomnia Super Sleep Toolkit is split into two separate workshops - Part 1 & Part 2.  The first may be booked independent of the second, but you need to have completed the introductory workshop to attend Part 2.

In the introductory workshop different types of sleep issue are explored as are: a therapeutic framework for addressing insomnia; the science of sleep; sleep saboteurs and rest wreckers; and provides participants with the ‘super sleep toolkit’, which comprises different approaches to manage the effects of insomnia.

Part 2 builds on the foundations outlined in the first workshop. The workshop provides an opportunity to trouble shoot specific sleep issues, check practices and add tools to the super sleep toolkit. These additional tools include a second sleep sequence, additional
breath practice and meditation, and a framework for mapping positive habits.
